Specializing in international tax issues, Melissa Mastrodomenico, combines her knowledge in Mexico’s fiscal policies to create domestic tax and estate planning strategies tailored to her clients’ needs. Melissa focuses on interim planning to help monitor, improve and execute said strategies while cultivating lasting relationship with her clients.
Being a San Antonio native with Mexican American origins, Melissa prides herself in being bilingual and bicultural. She understands that learning how to navigate and create fiscal strategies, especially in a foreign country, can be complicated and intimidating. She strives to educate her clients, so they can understand and make decisions best suited for their business.
Passionate about giving back, Melissa is part of the Entrepreneurial Connections team, NAWBO’s mentorship program for teen girls. In charge of fundraising, Melissa helps raise money for college scholarships awarded each school year.

Les Thomsen has been with the firm for over 20 years specializing in assisting clients with IRS issues. Les is also President and Co-Founder of a 501c3 non-profit, Noah’s Farm. For the last 10 years this charity has operated in Zimbabwe, Africa primarily assisting needy children obtain an education. One young lady he is most proud of lost her dad several years ago. Her mother sells tomatoes to make a meager living while living in a three room house. While helping this young lady with her school fees she graduated high school as the top student in her class. After passing the Cambridge Exam with excellent scores she was immediately accepted into the University of Zimbabwe School of Medicine where she is studying to be a surgeon.

Dennis has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and an MBA from Webster University in St Louis, Missouri.
